Norman is a car salesman who appears in Episode 9 of the 009-1 anime. He has a wife, Kay, and a son, Tony.
As a child, Norman was sickly and lost both of his two hand arms to some unspecified illness. His identical elder twin brother, Dexter, gave Norman of his own right arm and the other one was cybernetized.
Later, when Dexter dies at the hands of 009-1, Norman makes a deal with the Eastern Bloc secret service to get revenge on his brother's killer.
